Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

At repuccico, every item is custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size/color ordered.

However, if there is a problem with your order, we are here to help. We offer a free replacement or a refund if you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to hello@repuccico.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, or issue a full refund.

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit and the estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
